Trainings are held twice a week.  We train together - Juniors (6-12yrs), Intermediate (13-17yrs) and Adults (18+yrs).

Our Tuesday evening classes are focused on Kihon (basics) and Kata (or specific movements).

Thursday nights are generally reserved for kumite (partner sparring).

Because classes are structured differently over these two days, students benefit fully when they are able to train both nights of the week.

Classes are taken in Japanese (predominantly) with the occasional use of Maori and English commands.

Everybody (all ages / grades)  Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00pm-7:00pm

Advanced Belts (3rd kyu+)  Tuesdays, 5:30pm to 6:00pm (extension)

No classes on public holidays or during the school holidays.
